Terms of service
Service agreement
By purchasing or using Authority Engine, you agree to provide accurate information, respond to editorial questions, and supply evidence for factual claims. A package begins after payment, completed intake, and editorial acceptance.
Editorial control
Publishers and distribution partners retain final control over acceptance, headlines, formatting, timing, continued availability, and removal. West Work cannot guarantee a specific publication, search ranking, backlink treatment, traffic result, AI citation, or AI recommendation.
Customer responsibilities
- You must own or have permission to use all submitted text, images, logos, and claims.
- You must disclose regulated, restricted, misleading, or disputed subject matter.
- You are responsible for final factual approval before distribution.
Acceptable use
We may reject illegal, deceptive, defamatory, unsafe, fraudulent, or publisher-ineligible material. We may pause work when requested evidence or approvals are missing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, West Work is not liable for indirect losses, third-party platform changes, publisher decisions, or outcomes outside the agreed deliverables. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
