Refund policy
Before work begins
You may request a full refund before intake review, research, writing, or campaign preparation begins.
After work begins
Once research, writing, editing, distribution preparation, or scanning work has started, fees cover work already performed. We may provide a partial refund for the undelivered portion when appropriate.
Publisher eligibility
If we reject a campaign during editorial intake because it cannot be responsibly distributed, we will refund the applicable campaign fee. A publisher rejecting, editing, delaying, changing, or later removing an item does not by itself create a refund right.
Subscriptions
Authority OS may be cancelled before the next billing date to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not reverse work or charges from the current billing period.
How to request a refund
Email hello@hiwestwork.com with the payment email, package name, and reason for the request. We review requests against the work completed and reply with the decision and next steps.
