What we collect
Authority Engine collects the company name, website, and email address you submit for a scan or campaign. Stripe separately collects and processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
How we use it
- Run the requested website scan.
- Respond about results, purchases, and campaign delivery.
- Prevent abuse and protect the service.
- Improve service quality using aggregated, non-identifying information.
Website scanning
When you request a scan, our service fetches public pages and files from the submitted website. Do not submit private systems or a website you are not authorized to test.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the service, including hosting and payment providers, or when legally required. We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for tax, payment, fraud, or legal reasons.
