Fulfillment policy
After checkout
Stripe confirms payment. West Work then sends the campaign intake request to the email used at checkout. Work starts after the intake is complete and the story passes editorial review.
Campaign stages
- Intake and claim verification.
- Story angle and supporting evidence review.
- Drafting and customer approval.
- Submission through eligible distribution paths.
- Placement verification and final report.
Timing
We normally deliver within 24–48 hours after completed intake and editorial acceptance. Time waiting for customer evidence, revisions, or final draft approval pauses this delivery window. Publisher and distribution schedules may affect when individual placements appear; we distinguish submissions from confirmed placements in your report. We provide status updates when a campaign moves between stages or needs customer input.
What delivery means
Delivery is the completed work listed in the purchased package, including writing, eligible submissions, tracking, and the applicable report. Publisher decisions and third-party results remain outside West Work's control.
Changes and removals
Once material is submitted, changes or removals may be unavailable, delayed, or subject to a third-party fee. Ask for corrections before approving the final draft.
